My mission is to complement existing healthcare and community services by providing personalized senior aging care coordination that supports older adults and their families through every stage of the aging journey.

I partner with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate care, improve communication, advocate for client-centered goals, promote health and wellness, and help older adults maintain safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Through proactive planning, education, care coordination, and compassionate support, I strive to simplify the complexities of aging while empowering clients to live meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives in the setting of their choice.
